We allow domestic cats, dogs, fish, and birds weighing no more than fifty (50) pounds when fully grown. No aggressive breeds are permitted. We adhere to local ordinances regarding aggressive breeds and species.
You may have up to two (2) pets per apartment.
There is a $150 deposit and a non-refundable $150 fee per pet.
